ALLinHE: Kick-off meeting in Århus, Denmark December 11-13, 2011

The Access to Lifelong Learning in Higher Education for All (ALLinHE) project’s kick-off meeting took place in Denmark where 19 excited delegates from all partner countries met and discussed the practicalities of the project. ALLinHE aims to create a learner-centred and multi-targeted Validation of Prior Learning (VPL) approach in HE, and subsequently encourages underrepresented groups and non-traditional learners.

The project leader Ruud Duvekot from Inholland University of Applied Sciences (NL) kept us busy for three days with a number of issues. He explained the goals and mission of the project, clarified all the WPs and financial-administrative tasks required during the life of the project.

During the working dinners we heard exciting VPL stories.

We will meet again in September in Jyväskylä, Finland!
