Mental Health

It is important to take care of your mental well-being during your exchange, too. If you’re feeling low, or lonely, or anxious, please reach out to someone, your friends, family, or staff, your tutor or student union at Jamk. You are not alone.

Everyone can access health information on the FSHS website, even if appointments are meant only for degree students. Read about mental health and how you can support your own mental well-being at https://www.yths.fi/en/health-information/mental-health/

You can also find information on the InfoFinland.fi -website at https://www.infofinland.fi/en/living-in-finland/health/mental-health

Have a look also at the MIELI website and materials about mental health at https://mieli.fi/en/what-is-mental-health/
