I completed my practical training in a start-up company called Aitovire that was formed in 2019. They are located in Tampere but have business all around Finland. The company consists of two friends who came up with a business idea and made it real. Both have worked in big companies for a long time and been very successful. Their core business focus is to offer traditional\/innovative marketing for entrepreneurs in Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My position was Marketing Assistant, and my job was to provide support for sales related to video- and advertising projects. My main part of the practical training job was to conduct research for certain cities, towns and villages in Finland and form up a list of possible clients to contact in that specific city, town, or village. These were not centred in one major area in Finland, but rather all-around Finland. In addition to the research and contact lists, I was participating in the advertisement making, content creation. I was also in charge of making a trailer video for an app that can be downloaded to your phone or tablet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This work experience was very rewarding in multiple ways. It gave me an understanding of different ways of advertising small \u2013 medium sized entrepreneurial companies. I got the opportunity to improve my visual eye and design skills related to advertisements. As the company was located in Tampere and I was in Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, my time management and remote distance working skills were improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I highly recommend Aitovire for practical training place if you are interested in marketing and advertisements design. I can assure you that working in Aitovire, you will get a great chance to improve your skills and to see what it is like to work in a company where you feel like you are part of the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
