I have taken part in the Influencer Marketing internship offered by NA-KD.com, which is an online fashion brand that grows rapidly in Sweden and worldwide. My story is based on the working experience at NA-KD headquaters&nbsp;in G\u00f6teborg, Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The marketing strategy of the company is focused on the social media channels, using the influencer marketing techniques. This area of marketing is quite new and revolutional in the industry and it was a great experience to be part of it and &#8220;learn by doing&#8221;. As an intern at NA-KD, you are offered a very diverse range of tasks, which allow you to learn as much as possible from the experience in the company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The working process is conducted in the teams, which gave me a possibility to improve my communication skills and to learn to be a helpful and cooperative team member. Moreover, the employees of the company are originally coming from many different countries, so the atmosphere is very multicultural and lets the interns work in the international environment. Apart from the communication skills inside of the company, I have learned a lot about negotiation and sales, while being in contact with many agencies representatives and the influencers themselves. Even though I have been an intern in the company, I was still given a lot of responsibility (e.g. managing the logistics of sponsored orders), which gave me a possibility to learn how to be stress-resistant, flexible and efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"597\" height=\"743\" src=\"https:\/\/blogit.jamk.fi\/ibexperiences\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/495\/2018\/12\/Screenshot-2018-12-14-at-4.18.05-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-584\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogit.jamk.fi\/ibexperiences\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/495\/2018\/12\/Screenshot-2018-12-14-at-4.18.05-PM.png 597w, https:\/\/blogit.jamk.fi\/ibexperiences\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/495\/2018\/12\/Screenshot-2018-12-14-at-4.18.05-PM-241x300.png 241w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><figcaption>NA-KD Olympics<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only the interns at NA-KD.com can expect having interesting and diverse selection of tasks and assignments, but also the atmosphere of the company in a fashion industry is fascinating. It feels great to come to the beautiful office and have an insight about fashion campaigns, studio working process and photoshoots, and see how the creations of many departments come to live in the form of beautiful clothes and online content. We had many parties, sport games and even our own olympic games to make the experience even more fun! And, of course, not to forget about tradinitional Swedish &#8220;fika&#8221; on Fridays with hot tea, coffee and sweet pastries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, I believe that experience at NA-KD.com was the best I could have from a practical training, as it was both fun and informative at the same time. Helpful team was always eager to teach me some new marketing techniques, the atmosphere of the company made me feel myself a highly valued member, and the working process improved my theoretical skills in marketing, sales and management on practise.
