Ravintola toimii lounas-, \u00e1 la carte-, ja tilausravintolana. Lis\u00e4ksi tein jonkin verran vuoroja Taulun Kartanon kes\u00e4- ja tilausravintolassa. Ty\u00f6teht\u00e4viini kuuluivat ruoan valmistaminen ja esivalmistelu, keitti\u00f6n puhtaanapito sek\u00e4 astiahuolto. Sain tehd\u00e4 t\u00f6it\u00e4 monipuolisesti sek\u00e4 vuorojen, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6teht\u00e4vien osalta. Ylip\u00e4\u00e4ns\u00e4 kokemus oli hyvin positiivinen, sill\u00e4 l\u00e4ht\u00f6tasoni harjoittelussa sek\u00e4 sen tavoitteet huomioitiin alusta alkaen, mik\u00e4 mahdollisti sujuvan harjoittelun. T\u00e4m\u00e4 on mielest\u00e4ni arvokasta harjoittelupaikan kannalta, sill\u00e4 varsinkin restonomien harjoittelussa on varmasti suuria eroja jo olemassa olevissa taidoissa, joten on hyv\u00e4 huomioida se harjoittelua suunnitellessa. Koin my\u00f6s saavani riitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti ohjausta harjoittelun aikana ty\u00f6teht\u00e4vien osalta, lis\u00e4ksi sain paljon yleisi\u00e4 neuvoja ty\u00f6skentelyyn.
