P\u00e4iv\u00e4n ensimm\u00e4inen ja kenties odotetuin kohteemme oli Marskogenin lammastila, miss\u00e4 vihdoin p\u00e4\u00e4simme n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n lampaita ja viel\u00e4p\u00e4 silittelem\u00e4\u00e4n niit\u00e4. Tilan omistajat olivat iloisesti meit\u00e4 aamusta vastassa ja kierr\u00e4ttiv\u00e4t meid\u00e4t makkarantekotiloissaan ja kertoivat tuotteistaan. Tarjoilut olivat my\u00f6s kohdallaan, sill\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4simme maistelemaan tilan omia lammasmakkaroita Amalias limonadin kera. Smakbyn on ravintola, jonka liikeideana on tarjota aina hyv\u00e4\u00e4 ruokaa ja juomaa sek\u00e4 myyd\u00e4 pientuottajien tuotteita pieness\u00e4 myym\u00e4l\u00e4ss\u00e4. Micken j\u00e4rjest\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n ohjelmaan kuului eri tiloissa vierailua, k\u00e4vimme mm. katsomassa tislaamoa ja kellaria. Seuraavaksi Micke oli j\u00e4rjest\u00e4nyt meille kokkikoulun, jossa saimme valmistaa itsellemme aterian. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa menusta l\u00f6ytyi lammasta kahdella tavalla, kantarelleja, kasviksia ja perunamuusia sek\u00e4 omenapaistosta vaniljakastikkeella.
