Kyseess\u00e4 oli Nordplus -liikkuvuushanke Smaklig svenska p\u00e5 spr\u00e5ng II &#8211; erilainen tapa opiskella ruotsia osana ammattikorkeakouluopintoja.\u00a0 Opiskelijoilla oli huhtikuussa ennen matkaa viikottain ruotsin kielen valmennusta, koko pakollinen Ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n ruotsi -opintojakso rakennettiin k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ss\u00e4 opintomatkan ymp\u00e4rille. Opiskelijat valitsivat ennen matkaa teeman, johon he pareittain reissulla keskittyiv\u00e4t &#8211; tuosta teemasta he pit\u00e4v\u00e4t esitykset 10.5. ja lis\u00e4ksi kirjoittavat blogikirjoituksen Retkikeitin -blogiin.\u00a0 Mukana matkalla oli kest\u00e4v\u00e4n gastronomian, matkailun ja toimitilapalveluiden opiskelijoita. K\u00e4velykatualueen tienoilla sijaitsevat K\u00f6\u00f6penhaminan kauppahallit, Torvehallerne, antoivat hyv\u00e4n esimerkin siit\u00e4, kuinka tuoda esille ruoka houkuttelevasti. Hallien tanskalaisessa tarjonnassa n\u00e4kyi selke\u00e4sti luomu. Ostosten lis\u00e4ksi hallit ovat erinomainen paikka ruokailuun. Toisen mielenkiintoisen ruokailupaikan, varsinkin edullisen etnisen ruuan yst\u00e4ville, tarjosi Papir\u00f8yen. Nyhavnin l\u00e4hettyvill\u00e4 oleva saari, jossa ennen valmistettiin sanomalehtipaperia.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_94629\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-94629\" style=\"width: 1136px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stoori.fi\/\/data\/wordpress\/htdocs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/smorrebrod.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-94629\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-94629\" src=\"http:\/\/www.stoori.fi\/\/data\/wordpress\/htdocs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/smorrebrod.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1136\" height=\"934\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-94629\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sm\u00f8rrebr\u00f8dit houkuttelivat kauppahallissa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Matkan p\u00e4\u00e4kohde oli Ruotsin ruoka-aitta Sk\u00e5ne ja varsinkin sen keskeinen ruokamatkailualue \u00d6sterlen. Y\u00f6vyimme Malm\u00f6ss\u00e4, Kristianstadissa ja Ystadissa. Kuljimme v\u00e4limatkat p\u00e4\u00e4osin julkisilla liikennev\u00e4lineill\u00e4, junalla ja bussilla. Yhten\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4mme oli tilausajobussi &#8211; n\u00e4in p\u00e4\u00e4simme k\u00e4tev\u00e4sti vierailemaan pikkupaikkakunnilla mielenkiintoisissa yrityksiss\u00e4. Kristianstadssa ohjelmastamme vastasi partnerioppilaitoksemme H\u00f6gskolan Kristianstad. Blogikirjoituksissa my\u00f6hemmin lis\u00e4\u00e4 juttua siit\u00e4, mit\u00e4 n\u00e4imme ja koimme.
