Koska olemme tila- ja matkailuk\u00e4rjen opiskelijoita, katsoimme kohteita hieman eri n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta kuin gastronomiapuolen opiskelijat, joita suurin osa osallistujista oli. Vierailut olivat inspiroivia ja yritt\u00e4jien intohimo tarttui meihinkin. Yrityksist\u00e4 sai todella paljon enemm\u00e4n irti kuin koulunpenkill\u00e4 istumalla. Oma matkamme alkoi jo omatoimisella viikonlopulla K\u00f6\u00f6penhaminassa ja jatkui muiden oppilaiden kanssa. My\u00f6s makkarakahvilassa vierailu oli erikoinen kokemus. Vierailimme monissa muissakin yrityksiss\u00e4, josta saimme mielenkiintoisia ajatuksia. Kiinnitimme huomiota siihen, ett\u00e4 el\u00e4myksellisyys oli t\u00e4rke\u00e4 osa monen yrityksen palveluita ja toimintaa. Kohteissa tarinallistaminen loi persoonallisen leiman ja j\u00e4i vierailijoiden mieleen. Esimerkiksi makkarakahvilan tarinassa piirrostytt\u00f6 oli perustanut kahvilan ja n\u00e4kyy kahvilan tauluissa ja sosiaalisessa mediassa. \u00d6sterkryddor -nimisess\u00e4 vierailukohteessa oli hy\u00f6dynnetty hienosti laventelipeltoja matkailupalveluksi. Kohteessa oli tuotteistettu aamiaispaketti laventelipellolla nautittavaksi, joka toi el\u00e4myksellisyyden mukaan yritykseen.
