The purpose of the workshop is to facilitate the development of the participants’ cultural sensibility. Flexible attitudes with improbable expectations are needed when facing diversity in an open-minded way avoiding stereotypes. The workshop will enhance these abilities in a collaborative way.

Helena Anttila works as a lecturer in JAMK University of Applied Sciences at the Teacher Education College. Her PhD research at Jyväskylä University focuses on International Degree Students’ Descriptions of the Meanings of Their Studies Abroad.
