Practicial traning
This is Liu Lianzhe, I did practical training for Rongji (Wuhan) Financial Service Co., Ltd. Actually, it was not the first time for me to work for this company, the reason why I chose this company again is that I want to be a financial marketing planner this time.
The main responsibilities of financial marketing planner are to help my manager promote and sell agent Financial products of the company, keep in contact with the customers to help them withdraw the revenue of the matured financial products, and products and introduce them the investment products of our company; formulate dedicated financial investment plans according to the needs and risk preferences of customers and make the optimal product portfolio for them.
To be a qualified marketing planner for financial products is really challenging for me at current stage because this job requires a stable customer base, sensitivity to financial markets, and high expertise in the financial field. Every company has to submit a perfect answer before the end of the year. The company wants to catch up the finial performance by the end of the year, so I need to complete a heavy task for marketing financial products every day.
After this internship, I will go back to China to start my real job journey. My personal preference for job hunting is the domestic financial services industry in China such as multinational corporations, international joint ventures, foreign funded enterprises, these three categories are my first choice. I am looking forward to what will happen in the future.
