International market research and analysis intern at Tridea/Flowhouse
Finding an internship in Finland and particularly in Jyväskylä was not an easy thing to accomplish. WHY? Don´t get me wrong here, I am not trying to demotivate you, what I am trying to say is that I am sure every single one of you would want to get experiences from the internship that match your expectations, goals and objectives in a professional context. Hence, the difficulty in finding a suitable place. I wanted to get hands-on experience on something that can give me an advantage when applying for a job. In other words, not just practicing my knowledge in different business aspects but also learning something I haven´t learned before e.g. SaaS.
I was lucky enough to find an internship at Tridea/Flowhouse, a small company with big impact that deals with B2B SaaS and delivers a web-based business intelligence and knowledge management system/dashboard that helps companies in general and DMOs in particular to reach better customer success and improve CRM. My responsibility as an intern was international market research and analysis that lead to better understanding of the business environment to achieve competitive advantage.
The working environment at Tridea/Flowhouse was amazing, the staff as well as the manager were friendly and supportive which made my experience as an intern both pleasant and very useful. I can safely say that I learned a lot and gained experiences when dealing with genuine business cases.
So, I would like to thank Tridea/Flowhouse for having me as their intern!
