Positive work experience in an eco-positive company by Polina Kiseleva

So, after the second year of study, I decided that I wanted to put my knowledge into practice and improve my marketing skills. I got a job at a Russian company WE ARE THE PLANET, which produces and sells natural, vegan cosmetics. The main mission of the brand is to change the world for the better and attract people to conscious consumption. The brand is new and was launched in August, but it is important to note that the management team has been working on it for a long time.

I am interested in marketing and therefore wanted to work in this particular field. Luckily for me, I ended up in this department. I was also very happy to work with the management team, as they trained me and gave me really useful advice. My mentor clearly explained all the necessary tasks to me and also supervised the whole work process. It was a rewarding experience and I gained a lot of new skills and knowledge due to the wide range of my responsibilities in the company.
