Olen toisen vuoden restonomiopiskelija, pääaineenani kestävä gastronomia, ja edeltävänä keväänä eteeni tuli kiinnostava mahdollisuus osallistua kesäkurssille, jossa kirjojen lukemisen ja raporttien kirjoittamisen sijaan opintopisteitä oli mahdollista kerätä viljelemällä kasveja kaupungissa. Osallistuin oitis, sillä ajatus siitä, ettei kesää tarvitsisikaan viettää pelkästään tietokoneen ääressä, oli vähintäänkin houkutteleva.
